As our Growth Manager, you will define and execute data-driven strategies across various acquisition channels and main stores, ensuring they deliver a strong return on investment (ROI). You will report directly to our Marketing Director and play a key role in scaling our games across multiple markets.
Your Mission
- Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition (UA) strategies across multiple channels (paid, organic, referral, etc.).
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, ASA, DSPs) to maximize ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Own the ASO strategy, including keyword optimization, metadata updates, and A/B testing of app store assets (icons, screenshots, videos).
- CSL and CPP strategy.
- Monitor and analyze key UA & ASO performance metrics (CPI, LTV, CVR, retention, downloads, organic uplift).
- Collaborate with the Art Team to create engaging ad creatives and app store assets.
- Work closely with BI/data teams to develop dashboards, reports, and insights to inform decision-making.
- Implement automation tools and processes to enhance campaign efficiency and scalability.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in mobile growth, ASO, and paid acquisition.
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage relationships with ad networks, agencies, and other UA/ASO partners.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing user acquisition campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, or other major ad networks, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Strong experience in App Store Optimization (ASO), including keyword research, metadata optimization, A/B testing for creatives, and conversion rate optimization.
- In-depth understanding of ranking algorithms, user behavior trends, and best practices for organic growth on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Deep knowledge of platform-specific marketing opportunities, including Apple’s Search Ads, in-app events, featuring opportunities, and Google Play’s promotional strategies.
- Proven track record in managing digital media budgets and achieving key performance targets, including ad spend efficiency, revenue growth, and other critical KPIs.
- Expertise in app install campaigns and performance measurement tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience with AdMon is a plus.
- Good level of English for effective communication; Spanish is a plus.
